Genflam® FR MB is a halogenated flame retardant concentrate containing proper stoichiometrically balanced amounts of antimony trioxide and a brominated flame retardant powder. This concentrate is designed for use in halogenated and non-halogenated base compounds for extrusion or injection molding where the flame performance requires enhancement.

PROCESSING TECHNIQUES
Genflam® 85 FR MB is supplied in free-flowing pellets and is compatible with both halogenated and non-halogenated base compounds. Typical addition levels are between 5 and 10 percent, but will depend highly on the base material used, and the level of improved flame performance needed. The material disperses easily but for higher concentrations, Gendon does suggest the use of a mixing screw to aid in complete dispersion for the maximum reproducibility of flame performance.
